Lol, should have a pet scottish man. It's perfectly legal to kill them here in York.
Law:
" At 3pm on Sunday, a man in York may, if desired, shoot a Scotsman with a crossbow from the walls as long as the Scotsman is outside"

Dont see why americans would get upset about eagles. should be proud to have them in game.
And if they are so overly patriotic... If they have to fight against one, dont kill it. See how far that gets you!

In the words of Brian Connely "It's a PUPPET!!" or in this case a pixelated image which is not going to die of extintion due to it been able to rezz.
And one big slap to all those creatures that wont screw to save there species. I would for my species....

Hmmm...I'm in favor of a falcon or hawk or brown eagle, but I'd rather stay away from the bald eagles. Maybe I've grown up with the bald eagle symbolizing America too much, but it would seem kinda wrong to kill it .

/signed for eagle/falcon/hawk/flying thing

OT: They do need more "unique" pets instead of pulling things out of our world all the time. The only uniqe ones they have are, as someone said, the Moa, the Phoenix, and the Dune Lizard (which is still based on an over-sized Iguana)

I actually like the fact that they're sticking mostly to creatures that emulate real world beasts. The ranger is supposed to have an empathy with animals, but they're not a monster tamer. I want more real world animals, with only a very few mythical or monstrous beasts thrown in. I'd be rather pissed if most of what we had to pick from ended up being weird creatures. I could see it fitting with some sort of summoner class or something, but for a ranger, I prefer animals.

I can tell you right now they won't do eagles for the same reason they won't do pandas. Now a hawk would be a nice pet in my eyes. I'd love to have a hawk as a pet. Or a Falcon. Falcons actually were trained to attack in times of war long ago. Hell, I'm sure there are some people who still train them that way.

I like this one. Each attack should be from a random element too.

Bird of Prey would be cool to have as a pet!

I would also like to see a Wolverine! One of the fiercest animals on the planet!

Quote:
The wolverine is extremely strong for its size and has been known to kill animals as large as moose.

They have been filmed capturing kills from other predators, such as polar bears or a wolf pack.
